Are we all super heroes ?

#1

Post by Tom's »

Few weeks ago, it was father's day in France.

My older daughter (6 years old) made in class 'The book of my super father', a sort of 'Chinese portrait' in which she describe what she likes to do with me, what I like or dislike to do...

And in a conclusion "The 3 super-powers of my father"... Here they are :
#1 - scale modelling
#2 - repairing my toys (well, with scale modelling, I've got tools...)

... And
#3 - Remembering feeding my cat...

Well, Magneto and Ultron are now aware...

Haha! Brilliant. That made me laugh a lot. It’s not even feeding the cat - just remembering that that needs to happen!

I have the same to come no doubt.

My daughter is 12yrs old, and what she said on her "3 things that make my dad great" was

1) Because he's a great nurse.
2) He was a Marine.
3) He makes KILLER chicken soup!

So yep, I'm sure, as parents, we all have some of those same moments. The funny thing is my 2 boys are 19 and 18, and for the life of me I can't remember what they said  ...
