Yakovlev Yak-38 Forger so far resin only
Yakovlev Yak-141 Freestyle again, resin only
AIDC F-CK-1 Ching-kuo - not seen this from anyone
Sukhoi Su-24 Fencer - resin only
Northrop YA-9 - not seen it
Bristol Type 156 Beaufighter - yes! Kits and Gashapons
McDonnell F-101 Voodoo - - resin only unless you coun't the old Entex/Otaki
S-64 Skycrane - resin
Chengdu J-10 - resin
Shenyang J-XX - nope
Hawker Sea Fury - gashapon and resin
Mk46 or Mk 47 Seafire - not seen this from anyone yet
Mig 31 Firefox - resin only
F-35C Lightning II - yes, thanks Pit Road. Ugly looking bird though.
Harrier GR3 (Dolphin nose) - resin only from FoxOne
Sukhoi PakFA - yes
U2/TR1 - yes
F/A-37 Talon - nothing so far. Had hoped Fantastic Plastic might do a Talon and EDI Ucav double set in resin but nope...
OV-10 Bronco (late model) - miniwings resin only
Avro Vulcan - yes
Handley Page Victor - yes
Mirage IV - Miniwings resin only
F-7F Tigercat - resin only
OV-1 Mohawk - yes but resin only
A-7 Corsair USAF - also resin only
Douglas F-4D Skyray - and again resin only

Actually not bad all told. A few injection kits have appeared and whilst I would prefer injection to resin, beggars can't be choosers.

Still can't understand the lack of late model Spitfires and Seafires though, styrene or resin.

It's also a little disappointing that on some kits, we've gotten a "Mmmmeh... good enough". There's only one version of the Mirage 2000 in 1/144, which seems odd considering how many countries have flown, and are flying it. We are supposedly due for an injection molded Su-24 from Armory, but so far, just some mock ups of the sprues have shown. The kit of the Viggen is atrocious, something as widely used as the AH-1 cobra is mostly only available as pre-assembled, pre-painted stuff. Not that an aircraft's distribution in real life should dictate whether or not models are made of it, but it seems like a company could count on selling a LOT of those little Cobras if one was molded.

Also, just dreaming, I had always wished Platz (After their wonderful A-4s) would do some A-7D/E Corsairs...

Actually, the same friend of mine who is now finishing resin Casa C295M has also made the "upgraded" Cobra. I'm not sure which version was that exactly, but it should be the one currently used by USMC. It¨s a bit crude, but with some work it can eventually turn into nice master for a resin kit. I think he even discussed that with MiniWing. But it definitely isn't a matter of this year's release.

If it's the AH-1W, that would be cool.

Has anyone mentioned it would be great to have a Tu-128 Fiddler?

F-Toys had a nice Swordfish that shows up on ebay periodically. And, from Fairey to Fairy, Fairy made a crude CW-21. There's a pic of one on the Britmodeler website here: http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/inde ... nt-builds/
