1-144 Brandenburg Gates -Holden.jpg

Holden

I'm liking the look of this!

http://www.shapeways.com/model/1247074/1-144-brandenburg-gate-ruins.html?li=productBox-search

I always thought elements of this would look great in a dio since I saw an old resin kit from Japan of a the Reichs Chancellery entrance portico

I like the look of your 1/220 (Z-Scale) 231-726 Carenée Loco (even if it is not 144 - As you cant beat a good bit of Art Deco / Belle Epoque http://art-deco-rail.blogspot.com ! )

Thanks!

I´m returning from a long hollidays-weekend, and I want to finish the Brandenburg Gate and upload it before the 10% saving offer on shapeways concludes (next monday aug-12)

Berlin 1945 battle is one of my favourited, and Brandenbourg Gate is as close of the Reichtag that is very good to surround it with soviet arty and tanks. I want also to make the Reichtag stairways but the final price of the Gate is discouraging.

On the other hand, civil epoque locomotives are from a customer order, but some others are interested in it at N and HO scale, then surely I'll convert it.

Regards

Luis

I commend you for producing such a statement piece, the shape ways pricing model brings tears to your eyes!
following the effort into the design I hope that that you still sell some, if nit well done in having the 'balls' to create this architectural design!

OMG ... absolutely brilliant! The diorama possibilities ... :o :o :o

Agree with BD99 that Shapeways' pricing can be a real killer. It makes me wonder how much they'd price your masterpiece in Frosted Ultra Detail!

Hello.

This week I have retaken an ancient proyect:

https://www.shapeways.com/model/1292391/1-144-marsden-matting-section.html?li=shop-results&materialId=6

It's also available in 1/87 and 1/72 (well, really I have it also in 1/6, 1/16 and 1/18, but these are very big scales, isn't it?).

I've convinced this designer to offer a 1/144 version of his Il-10: here it is

https://www.shapeways.com/product/TPR3Q ... d=57247997

I'm trying to have him add more detail before ordering it: this would complete my Shturmovik project (and would fit nicely in any Korean War aircraft line).
