G'day all,

I've been lurking here for quite a while now and really enjoy seeing the great work you guys are doing and posting up.

After a hiatus of about 30 years I've recently got my stash built up with a definite RAAF theme. (I finally have a tiny small little bit of room now!) And I am really looking forward to finishing the first one off when I get started. (So much helpful info and inspiration on this site!) I hope I wont have too many in the "shelf of shame"

G'day to you too. I went through that 30 year hiatus as well.
The world of model building has certainly improved by orders of magnitude over that time, we live in a golden age!

Welcome from a Melburnian! Another Aussie joins our merry band of 1/144 modellers! Looking forward to seeing some of your completions. As Jonathan said, we are indeed in a Golden Age, and there's plenty of kits out there that can get the RAAF treatment. Even diecasts provide a useful starting point.
