Thanks guys!

So - here's the great unmasking...

All looks good, but haven't unmasked the white areas as I figure these are likely to get scuffed up.

Painted on some pseudo-future. Realised I hadn't taken care of the APU exhaust area - drilled out the exhaust and masked the area as it looks to be a different colour on photos.

Decalling now done - there aren't that many! A pleasant change from NATO country jets which have so much stencelling.

Amodel marking guide very difficult to follow - hard to see panel lines for placement - so used some refs from the internet.

Used red decal stripes for the wheels in the end.

Hoping the decals settle with Mr Softer. Otherwise might need to break out the heavy duty stuff.

Hi guys,

I'm calling this one done.

Did some weathering with the Tamiya set - turned out OK for a first effort I reckon.

Noticed there were heaps of red tie-downs. Made these by drilling holes in some sheet styrene. Antennas are all sheet styrene also.

Beautiful! You have to be proud of that?! The tie downs are excellent - really add to the overall effect. Also the weathering is dead on. Bloody impressive, sir.
