I would love to know if he manages to sell anything with that approach to pricing. Then again, he does offer free shipping :D

Seriously however even a cursory bit of searching would show that, for example, the Stormovik is £2.99 from Hannants. Not sure what they charge to ship to Oz but it must be a better deal than that offered. I can only assume he sells to the lazy or desperate.

It seems some of us here are coin collectors, (I admit this persuit has been taking up too much of my time recently)
so I know this remarkable find will be of interest, even though off topic :P

or Zero for Zero (derivative)

If the shipping hadn't been so large for an iffy kit, I would have ordered it there and then.

Now here's one where the seller must be hoping like hell a local buyer doesn't purchase the goods. 4 quid postage in the UK, 1008 quid postage elsewhere. I really like Mark I kits ... but not quite this much.

Recall this one from June 17, 2015? Hannants now has the 40 Viscounts for a mere 50 quid, not including postage.

First thought would have been to put a couple to one side for the stash and then sell the rest on Ebay at half the usual retail price. Would still make a very nice profit.

But then you have to ask yourself why Hannants would be getting rid so cheap. OK maybe they made a mistake and bought to many. But surely they would have looked at other ways to sell off yet still make something out of the deal better than that.

I guess I tend to be suspicious when a deal looks too good :D

Whilst the kit is a bit clunky and parts sometimes overly thick, it does build into a reasonable likeness of the real thing, as Merlin proved during one of the Group Builds.
