Just a short note to say hello.Retired two years ago and having finished a few projects around the house am now going to start model making again after a lapse of about 50 years! First model was a pale blue plastic Airfix Spitfire bought for 1/6d (7.5p in todays money) from my local Woolworths store,and it went on from there until college,job and marriage got in the way.
Mostly aircraft and 1/72, however space is now at a premium so 1/144 is the future. Anyhow i'll not bore you any more just say that there are som really interesting threads on this forumRegards
