Good pick-up, BD99. Too busy looking at the finish on the model. This page includes pretty much every photo taken of the testbed and, yep, no underwing Hs293s to be seen. Can't see where the bare metal section comes into it either.

A lovely scratchbuilt Zeppelin Werke V-7 Flackmine:
I think he used the base of a 88mm gun though it could also be scratch built too.

I did try to talk Igor at Unicraft into translating some of his 1/72 creations into our scale without luck. Wasn't thinking of the Feuerball, but this model shows it was at least feasible. But not at $AUS550 ...

He seems to use two 88mm bases, the main one could be scratch built (or, without checking maybe an old WTM01 ?
However in the top right image he uses a more detailed base - poss the higher quality resin one that comes up on ebay periodically?

Martin, The pictures in the top right are ones he has included to show off someone else's scratch built in 1/72 scale (I think).

Very clean builds. Reckon that someone would have been paying excess postage to ship them, though. ;)
