Wege - I'd love a Bristol Bulldog in this scale. Like you, fond memories of the Airfix one. There is a very basic one on shape ways but I'm holding out for better…not sure from whom.
David - that's a very toothy looking shark's mouth. How was the flight? Never flown a Bulldog but they're supposed to be good fun, very solid feeling. Very envious!
Almost done. Last update before I hope to finish this off tomorrow. Only thing left to do is a varnish coat to seal in the decals (I think Satin, as these things seem pretty shiny in pictures). I don't think I'm going to do any panel line work. Perhaps I'll take a pencil to the control surfaces. I'll see when I've sprayed the satin, but it's so small that it will be doubly easy to overdo it.

The prop took ages to do - almost as long as the rest of the plane!

The wing stencil data and filler caps were home printed. I don't know why I don't do this more often. Took all of 20 minutes. I'm sure they're not perfect but as they say - Group Builds are for trying new stuff.
Finally, couldn't resist sneaking in a shot with another almost-completion and transatlantic counterpart…

Should wrap this up tomorrow.
