Postby PFSlater » Tue Aug 07, 2018 1:37

There is a 1/144 Tu-4 listed on ebay from AWM models. Plus there are picture of 3 different Tu-22 Blinder kits on the side of the box.

Does anyone have infomation regading these models?

thanks

Looking at this page, it appears the company hails from the Russian Federation and has concentrated primarily on civil aviation from that part of the world. Based on the photos and builds of the resin kits (e.g. this review of the Tu-70 on Britmodeller), they seem quite decent in quality.

And there was me thinking that the Australian War Memorial had started doing models. Oh well....

Thanks for the information. I am interest in the Tu-4, but the price is little out of my reach. Also, Mars Model had a 1/144 Tu-4 on their Facebook page. I do not know the release date or the price.

I am interest in the Tu-22 that AWM had on the side of the box. But so far I have not seen them anywhere. Also it appear Mikromir is about to release their Tu-22 Blinder soon.
