What brand is the cutter?
I used a Silhouette Cameo 3 for my home works, but you can buy the less expensive model called Protrait with confidence (I had one and it's a great machine). It does the same work, the difference is the size, the more expensive version allow bigger cutting area. The real difficult of these machines is to create a good design, thinked for the cut, and find a good compromise with material you use and settings. It needs time to achieve good results and a little of skill in vectorial design is needed.
