One thing I don't see stickied here is decal manufacturers.
Though my primary focus is WWII, I'll bet there's lots more of there.
I've found:
Print Scale
LF Models
Owl Decals
...in just a quick look.

Yes, I got some of the sheets that had the multi-nations I think off of ebay a while ago. Sheets that had like Pakistan/Iran/Libya or something like that. Now if I could just get it in their head to make these roundel sheets with low-vis roundels, even better. :D
Can you guys give my list a scan and please feel free to help me accurise it?
Once it's accurate, I can start adding suitable links.
Academy IM - A lot of cross-pollination with Minicraft. Older kits may be Crown.
Ace Co. IM

No, you are correct. Mind you, there are a lot of manufacturers who have appeared since Merlin first posted back in 2012. Apart from Armory, think other Ukrainian concerns like AMG, Mikro-Mir and Dora Wings. Think Mark I. Think Karaya. The list goes on and on, which is great...
This is for listing all the French built/designed interwar, WW2 and early postwar aircraft available in 1/144 .

I know Retrokit has cockpits for the Mirage F1 and 2000, as well as Damocles pods, Remora pods, and the triple launchers with missiles.
Rise Models has Mirage 2000 exhausts, Centerline fuel tanks for Mirage F.1, and also the triple launchers with the missiles that seem pretty...
If you have begun your 1/144 Bomber collection, or are considering to subscribe to get all the models (an offer available to French, Spanish, Italians and –recently- British 1/144 fans) here is my review.

I picked up an Atlas Il-4 many years ago from the late Russ Chmela. Russ had done some work on the diecast, making it look considerably better than the original, so whilst I was interested in this recent release, the Blenheim and Tu-2 were of far more interest. The former sadly...

I know where you are coming from. I have Kami's Westland-Hill Pterodactyl and I'm trying to decide where some struts start and stop. On the D.510 build, I almost threw out a small part thinking it was residue. Times like those, I wish Kami's clean-up was more like Anigrand or...
I have converted peters Anigrand Bonus Kit page from 'frontpage' to proper(ish) HTML.
In addition, I have started to extend the catalogue to include the kits released after the scope of peters page ended.
I am hoping that - people can help out, to push this over the line.

It happens, I stumbled acriss a very useful and well constructed document for a project underway at work.
Only to realise I'd written it myself two years ago.. No recollection of it at all...
BD99, I can answer your query about the quality of Anigrand castings as I have the said Daimler-Benz Projekt B from way back and a fair few newer models from the range. Categorically, the answer is yes, they have definitely improved, both in the level of detailing and the ease...
Hi all,
Below is an ongoing list of all the 1/144 Japanese Gasaphon aircraft kits that have been made.
There is a Japanese site (Military Museum) that also lists these kits with pictures here:
Clicking on the links on the left will take you to a seperate page with pictures and...

Yes, we can officially remove all FE-Resin links. The website hung around for a number of years after the company's demise and the birth of from the ashes. As we know, some of the range made the transition across to Miniwing initially, including the Avia B-35 and the majority of...
I want to compile a list of all the resin aircraft manufacturers both current and old.
Please add any extra detail such as if still in business, what kits they produced if known, quality of kit, decals, etc.
Kami de koro koro (now Piccolo Model Factory) have a seperate listing...

On reflection, I really do not think my is an Eiriksson...and prefer to return to my original belief that it was a product of someone who once worked for Corgi.
That said, I have to say that the Eiriksson stuff is very attractive.

No.19, apparently released Feb 14 - 1/144 Nakajima C3N1

I'm trying to build up my collection of unmade Welsh Models RAF post war kits but there are a few that I don't know anything about. This means I can't search for them to obtain.
Does anyone know of a full listing, or know which kits were allocated the following numbers?
A couple of months ago I saw this little kit on eBay for very cheap. I picked it up, and was waiting for a lull, like during winter to maybe do a no-frills quick build. Well, right now, I'm kind of in a modelling ' funk ' and decided to slap this little kit together quickly....
So I wanted to do something simple inbetween and decided to start this kit. This is what expected me inside the box:
The panel lines are nicely done, both on top...
...and on the bottom:
The gear wells are separate and have some interior detail, as do the doors:...

Enjoying the build so far! The Hero's Models pilot looks AMAZING !!! I have a few of them and I had to pull them out to realize just how 'tiny' they really are!
Another modern Revell kit, another break from building half of the kit myself (I'm looking at you, Micro Wings!)...
So the kit is , and out of the three options included, I decided I preferred the Bluetails version, which looks similar to this one:
Even though it means...

Thank you very much - I saw your build and I think it doesn't look half bad! The folded wings set is an interesting option, too. Now that I have an in-flight legacy Hawkeye, doing a standing Hawkeye 2000 with folded wings and completely different markings seems like a nice idea...
Here is the NC.900's build companion which took a little longer due to the more complex scheme, extra additions and a few setbacks. As I mentioned in the NC.900 posting, I wasn't that interested in the Mark I Models' A-8/A-9 kit options (except for the A-9 which was out of the...

I agree. You have the Midas touch with Luftwaffe aircraft and one of the most impressive collections I would imagine.
I'm finally putting order to several files of my older kits on my computer and a couple of unique items caught my attention and I decided to share them here despite the fact that I built them 30 years ago...

Thanks for the comment and the info on the kit Eric. I still have a handful of LS kits, which I bought at the same time as this one, in my stash.

Ah, the next instalment of this series doesn't disappoint - a very rare kit that I have never seen built up so far!
I have taken a look at photographs of the real thing, and the most striking differences I have noticed is that the nose on the Revell kit looks too short, and...
Hello All, A placeholder on a Vulcan.... Looking at doing 3 x 617 Squadron birds down the evolution of their time with the Vulcan thanks to the Fundekals set. First cab off the rank is a later variant with tail plane ecm fit. Early days yet. getting masks for the paintwork as...

That looks superb Ian. I'll be happy if the Vulcans in my stash come out as nicely as yours. Well done!
So this is an older model that I haven't yet gotten around to showing here. It had been on the backburner for quite a while and took ages to complete. And that's not even because I went all out (it's mostly an oob build), but simply because I was so slow and used it to learn and...

It was a little tricky to lift off and discard the X sections first, then slide that frame around... however, the decals of this kit are really great! They settled so well into the recesses, and they were very forgiving when it came to handling them and nudging them back and...
After seeing some detail shots of this kit here, I ended up buying two of Yao's Studio's 1/144th B-25J 3D printed model kits. I was curious to see what the overall shape of the kit looked like so one thing led to another and the model practically built itself!
All I can say is...

Maaaan, this is good stuff. Such an impressive kit, and you sure did some magic with those transparencies!
Just finished my second Beacon Models BF109.
This time I modified all the control surfaces including the leading edge slats - great idea from Dave.
It features awesome 3D printed figure and Kubelwagen also from Beacon Models.
After the Sea King and the summer holidays, I decided to resume my Fw 190 run. I went for the Mark I Models A-8/A-9 boxing. Unfortunately, the A-9 option wasn't feasible since the kit didn't have a bulged canopy and an alternate propeller with wider blades which were permanent...

Mig,
Interesting back story.
In general the MYK decals would be targeted at one if the F-toys / Platz releases (certainly in more recent times). Some liberties maybe taken in relation to the pairing of schemes and subtypes available?
