I have converted peters Anigrand Bonus Kit page from 'frontpage' to proper(ish) HTML.
In addition, I have started to extend the catalogue to include the kits released after the scope of peters page ended.
I am hoping that - people can help out, to push this over the line.

I don't remember seeing these, but the Yak-38 Forger and Yak-141 Freestyle came with (And I'm sure I'll butcher this spelling) the Ekranoplane(?) I have both Yaks, but not the big kit.
Also, didn't Anigrand include the totally made up MiG-37B Ferret E as a bonus kit in one...
BD99, I can answer your query about the quality of Anigrand castings as I have the said Daimler-Benz Projekt B from way back and a fair few newer models from the range. Categorically, the answer is yes, they have definitely improved, both in the level of detailing and the ease...

I noted the droop on the wing closest to the camera but thought it may have just been an optical Ilyushin. :P
Back in 2006, I had only just discovered gashapon and that channeled me into the Wonderful World of 1/144. Whilst I did buy the odd Kami de Koro Koro and Airalex kit...
If you have begun your 1/144 Bomber collection, or are considering to subscribe to get all the models (an offer available to French, Spanish, Italians and –recently- British 1/144 fans) here is my review.
here is an useful link: (french edition, with images of almost every...

I could have done with access to this whole section, not just this thread, at the time it was written! After having discovered this forum it was some considerable time before I managed to join and gain access to this goldmine!
I indicated on another thread that I came to the...

Below is an ongoing list of all the 1/144 Japanese Gasaphon aircraft kits that have been made.
There is a Japanese site (Military Museum) that also lists these kits with pictures here:
Clicking on the links on the left will take you to a seperate page with pictures and...

Somehow I managed to post the same message twice... 🙄
I thought it might be handy to have a listing of available aircraft by country.

Yes, we can officially remove all FE-Resin links. The website hung around for a number of years after the company's demise and the birth of from the ashes. As we know, some of the range made the transition across to Miniwing initially, including the Avia B-35 and the majority of...
I want to compile a list of all the resin aircraft manufacturers both current and old.
Please add any extra detail such as if still in business, what kits they produced if known, quality of kit, decals, etc.
Kami de koro koro (now Piccolo Model Factory) have a seperate listing...

On reflection, I really do not think my is an Eiriksson...and prefer to return to my original belief that it was a product of someone who once worked for Corgi.
That said, I have to say that the Eiriksson stuff is very attractive.

No.19, apparently released Feb 14 - 1/144 Nakajima C3N1
'During the formative years of Japan's air forces, she purchased some types for evaluation (like the Seversky 2PA-B3 and the Dewoitine D.510 which some contend helped in the development of the Zero) and she allowed her...
I'm trying to build up my collection of unmade Welsh Models RAF post war kits but there are a few that I don't know anything about. This means I can't search for them to obtain.
Does anyone know of a full listing, or know which kits were allocated the following numbers?
It all started when, in a pique of enthusiastic eBaying I ended up with one of the vintage Academy MiG-23s with cockpit insert.
I knew it was going to be bad, but did not realise just how bad until I unboxed the kit.
Some bizarre...

Great work on those! The Academy MiG-23 is... uh.. well, you covered it. Neither DML/Dragon nor Academy seemed to get the shape right on the AA-7 missiles, but fortunately, Ozmods makes replacements. I didn't see your thread nearly in time, or I'd have recommended Ozmods for a...
I always liked the Mirage IIII. In earlier years I had build them in '32, '48 and '72, and of course I bought the Mark1 kit as soon as it appeared on the market. I had a first look at the sprues and read what was available on reviews, naturally including Mig88's in this forum ....

I'm currently still waiting for the Berna Decals . . . .maybe there is a different option:
Israeli Mirages were initially also natural metal with colorful insignia for the squadrons. The 117th trajet had a spectacular looking red flash on the sides of the fuselage.
I made them...
Ten Fairchild C-123Bs were modified into C-123Js in 1960, specially adapted for operations in the extreme climates of the Arctic tundra. Of these, a handful were fitted with skis and were known to crews as Snowbirds.

HA - well if we are reconstructing artwork, I could do the film poster!
Thank you F_IV, Matt and Miguel - I really appreciate your kind comments.
I started this project yesterday, and finished it up this afternoon. As with all of Sweets' kits, I loved it. A relaxing (mostly), easy build and 4 really cool livery. The model was airbrushed with Alclad II White Aluminum, and Gunze-Sangyo acrylics. I fashioned a rudimentary...

Here's the start of my AFV's Corsair. A very nice kit (well reviewed elsewhere in the forum), but some bits can be improved, specially the landing gear and the cockpit...

It's been a minute. I've been working on several other projects, and to clear my head I've unboxed another pair of Sweet P-51B/Cs. This is one of my favorite kits in any scale. This time its the POW boxing, with 5 really interesting marking options. One will...

It is always with some trepidation I use different brands of paint on the same model. At times, I've even had one acrylic react with another, despite being told this can't possibly happen. As the GX100 and Leveling Thinner are both Gunze, it would seem that the problem is the...
So like many of my vignettes, this one started completely unplanned. I picked up the Mark 1 F104 two seater double pack with the intention of making one in Pakistani colours, then looking at the other schemes available noticed the Tiger Meet/RIAT 1991 scheme. Some research...
