Just noticed that Alex Trant (airalex) is selling off some of his own builds, including . Interesting photos of his display method of choice. Needless to say, the codes on the 262 bear no relationship to anything ever used by the Luftwaffe ... pure What Iffery! ;)

thought i would enter this Gb with a twist, namely an Me262 (well, more of an Aero S-92) that was featured on the cover of Blue Oyster Cult's album Secret treaties . it also features a little tribute number to the Me262 8-)

the kit i will be using is a Trumpeter Me262A-1A...

I bought the Eduard Dual Combo kits of both the single-seat Me262A-1a and two-seat B-1a not long after both were released, as both were on a local stockist’s shelves at the time. Indeed, it was either them or a smattering of older Minicraft kits, so the choice certainly wasn’t...

Gee, I haven't built an Me-262 since the glory days of plastic modelling in the 1970's! :o

I'll have to go get one. Things can't have changed that much since then... Quick, where's the nearest newsagents!?
