A couple of references for aircraft used by NASA. The Wikipedia one lists all the aircraft used dating back to the days of the NACA, whilst the NASA one lists the 78 aircraft currently in their fleet.

Here's a question re NASA. I do have some of the aircraft but no NASA markings.... Is it the Airframe or the markings that are key here?

I would have thought markings otherwise we could build almost anything judging by the list of aircraft that NASA tested over the years. But I don’t know.

As it happens there are two dead heats - between Resin/Vacforms and Natural Metal for the year long and NASA and Desert Wars for the 3 month. Well who’d have thought this election would be a nailbiter?! Crumbs. I must find somewhere to sit down. Lest I swoon.

Yes, Angus, I checked the standings when I got back from my Saturday early morning paper delivery run, and we have not one but two dead heats!

GB14
Metallic Finishes ... 23%
Resin Kits and Vacforms ... 23%

GB15
Desert Wars ... 18%
NASA's Aircraft ... 18%

I knew you guys wouldn't let me have it easy! So, as I proposed when it looked like GB15 was going to end up the way it has, I am now setting up new GB14 and GB15 polls with just the two favoured topics in each case. So that there is no confusion, I will start a new thread and include the word "Tiebreaker" in each.

Done. I have also removed this thread's status as Global and closed it. Post any new comments to the tiebreaker thread. ;)
