B. L. Strykers Fokker F. VII
Hi guys. I start with the only kit that fits into this group build. The Fokker / Avia F. VII from AZ model.

I opted for the Dutch version, as this is the country of origin of the Fokker.

First, the area around the cabin windows was thinned out, since they are only shown with a foil.

Next came the simple cockpit, which was refined with the enclosed etchparts.

Gee that's a great start. I don't think I have the tools to do that sort of plastic trimming. Must get a dremel one day - looking good.

Great choice! Very interested to see this. I have been tempted by this kit for a long while. Can’t wait to see what you do with it.

Love the choice, too. As an Aussie, I feel my collection is severely lacking Kingsford-Smith's F.VIIb/3m, the famous "Southern Cross".

Thx for your interesting.
The hull halves fit together quite well. Spatula was still used. Furthermore, the rudders were articulated.

The black beauty. It was primed with Vallejo and is said to be the basis for the aluminum surfaces.

The motors are made of resin. Just removed from the base and also primed.
