... however I am running out of plastic card/sheet and so work has almost stopped on those beauties for now.
Quick, everyone. Gather together your spare plastic card, box it up Red Cross style and send it Express Post to Mike! :P

Ha ha!
here's where I am with these builds so far, the Ark just fits on the 6 foot workbench in its new location.

I have had to bring two 3 foot benches together for the 7 foot Saratoga but still have a bit of an overlap.

If you've ever wondered how the Ark compared to Saratoga for size.........

here they are in their stowed locations, in order that I can get on with other builds.

David, note the clean workspaces! Image

You could comfortably house a family of four in that, and still have room for the dog, cat and budgie. :P

Yes, it he must be cheating; look a the size of the laser cutter in the background. It's not modelling without the wrist-aching plastic cutting with a nearly blunt blade!

Ha ha! Coincidently, I have had to stop work on these carriers. The LHS I get my large, A3 size, styrene sheets has been closed since early March and they've just announced they won't be re-opening. They have put the shop and entire contents up for sale; however, in this day and age, I don't think they will get any takers. Because it is up for sale as a job lot, there won't even be the opportunity for a closing down sale.

As such, I am only able to progress on small items, using the offcuts I still have in my depleting stock. Image

If the situation doesn't improve soon, I may have to start building actual kits........ from the stash! Image
