Looking for the old-style maple leaf roundel decals with the variegated (not geometric) leaf pattern. Hoping to find them to fit a Lancaster in 1/144 scale, so maybe an inch or so in diameter for the wings, and about 1/3 an inch for the fuselage. Anything out there? Any help appreciated...
Cheers
Herb

Re: Old style Maple leaf decals?
Sadly, one very likely source, JBot Decals, is no longer active after Jim Botaitis suffered a stroke in May 2018 and had to pull the plug on the venture. He'd just retired from a life in engineering and had been looking forward to ample hours building models and creating decals. Tragic turn of events.

Someone who has repurposed the 1/144 A-Model SAR RCAF Lancaster may have some as a long shot?

Yeah, I'm actually using the A-Model SAR Lancaster for my conversion to the Lancaster 10DC.
Unfortunately, that kit has the newer style roundels!
