1/144 Sheridan AA Variant

#1

Post by Wonderful144 »

At the beginning, I have seen this blueprint of M551 Sheridan Variants. Twin 25mm AA gun, so cool! Isn't it?

So I used a WTM M551 turret to build it. I made two prototype.

And I chose the later one. I don't like the twin Periscope in the blueprint, so I made a Periscope like the one on the M247.

became resin kit and got painting.

Done! I used the new turret with the original WTM Sheridan chassis.

Wow! Very sharp indeed. Was it ever actually built, or did it remain a "paper project" only?

That's certainly something different. Beautifully realised in 1/144. Oh, and before I forget, welcome to the forum! :D

Here's one ... a Sheridan disguised to look like a ZSU-23-4 "Shilka"! ;)

 I have seen. It seems that the vehicle is not a real combat vehicle but a vehicle pretended like a ZSU-23-4 "Shilka" for traning.
I will keep the picture , thank you.
