It's so beautiful that I'm sick of it ....
I have a model in the process of being assembled and now I am going to put it away in a cupboard ...... :? :?
Come on, I take a good book, a glass of beer and I rest for a few years .... :) :D
Or maybe I'll drink something stronger ....

And I forgot to commend you on the Basler BT-67 (the designation given to this turboprop conversion of the good ol' DC-3). Gorgeous!
Thanks! Here are more Pictures (but only German Text):

The snow cruiser had a significant role in the Dirk Pitt novel 'Atlantis Found' by Clive Cussler.

The article looks fantastic, Marco. And you can insert the theme from "The Twilight Zone" here, too. I just watched this YouTube presentation on the fate of the Snow Cruiser yesterday morning. Last seen in 1958, it might still be buried under a mountain of ice ... :o

Very nicely done of a very interesting vehicle.

I have always found this vehicles size and design to be very futuristic which makes it all the more amazing that this thing was designed, built, and used in the late 1930's.

cheers, Graham
